Refund Policy

At Apex Painting LLC, we take pride in delivering high‑quality workmanship and a positive experience for every customer. Our goal is to ensure you feel confident, informed, and satisfied with the services we provide. This Refund Policy explains how we handle cancellations, deposits, and service concerns.

1. Deposits & Payments

ALL projects over $1000 require a deposit to secure materials, scheduling, or labor.

  • Deposits are generally non‑refundable once materials have been purchased or work has begun.

  • Deposits are 25% of estimate

  • If no materials have been purchased and work has not started, deposits may be refundable at our discretion.

Final payment is due upon completion of the project unless otherwise stated in writing.

2. Cancellations

We understand that plans can change.

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled start date may be eligible for a full or partial refund of any deposit, depending on whether materials have been purchased.

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the start date may result in forfeiture of the deposit due to scheduling and labor commitments.

3. Service Concerns & Quality Guarantee

Your satisfaction matters to us. If you are not satisfied with the completed work, please notify us within 7 days of project completion. We will:

  • Inspect the area of concern

  • Discuss the issue with you

  • Provide reasonable touch‑ups or corrections at no additional cost when the concern is related to workmanship

Refunds are not typically issued for completed work, but we will make every reasonable effort to address concerns promptly and professionally.

4. Non‑Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Work already completed

  • Custom‑tinted or special‑order paint

  • Customer‑requested changes after work has begun

  • Damage caused by the customer or third parties after completion

  • Situations outside our control (weather delays, material shortages, etc.)
